Delivery times

• Processing: 1–2 working days. This is usually one working day, but orders placed on Friday afternoon or at the weekend may take a little longer.
• Delivery: 4–9 working days once your order has been dispatched.
• Orders placed before 18:00 (UK time), Monday to Friday, are processed the
  same working day. Orders placed after 18:00, or at the weekend or on a UK
  bank holiday, are processed on the next working day. 

This means most orders arrive within 5 to 11 working days of being placed.

Where we ship from

Our products are dispatched directly from our fulfilment partner in China. Import VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please email us and we will look into it.

How to place an order

1. Go to the product page and add the item to your basket.
2. Check you have selected the correct options, such as size or colour, then go to checkout.
3. Enter your delivery address carefully and continue to the shipping step.
4. Review your details. Delivery is free on every order.
5. Choose your payment method and complete your order.

Payment methods

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express) and PayPal. All payments are protected by SSL encryption.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of being dispatched, please email contact@eleanorjewellery.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.
